Port wine

Ruby casks are often favored in the maturation of whisky and rum for their bright, sweet characteristics.

White Port, with an alcohol content ranging between 18-20% ABV, exhibits a light, golden-yellow color. White Port casks offer a delicate balance of floral and citrus notes, with hints of almonds and honey. These barrels are excellent for lighter spirits, adding a fresh and slightly sweet dimension to the final product.
