These barrels matured a n American Single Malt called Three Oaks in Michigan for at least 2 years at the Journeyman Distillery. Crafting numerous whiskeys for decades now, Journeyman offers a large variety of tastes and aromas to suit your new make spirit.

  53 gal / 200 L american standard barrel
  30 gal / 115 L american standard barrel
  15 gal / 57 L american standard barrel
  Char 3 - Belly bunghole
• Process:
  Single distillation for Rye and Bourbon.
  Double distillation for Single Malt.
• Mashbills:
  Single malt: 100% malted barley
  Bourbon: 70% organic corn / 25% organic wheat / 5% organic rye
  Rye: 60% organic rye / 40% organic wheat
